Fourth Friday of The Month

So, we normally go to Wholly Ground on the third Friday of each month. This month we are going to be there on the fourth Friday instead because our friend is getting married. Yay for Hope and David! Anyway, we hope all of you can make it out on the 26th. We have such a fun time ‘practicing’ with you guys…heehee

So…we know that with a new year comes new possibilies, new opportunities, and new direction, and we are excited about the prospects this year. We are thinking about all you and praying for you as well that you will receive vision and doors will opened to you like they never have before.

New T-shirts THIS Friday Night

Ok, so we have had a little change in the plans for this month. We ARE going to be at Wholly Ground on Friday night.  This is for all of our groupies who thought they were going to have “SkarLett” withdrawals through the holidays…:)  We also have a new shipment of t-shirts available for those of you who are interested.  We really like the new design and think you will too….and YES, we have some shirts for the guys this time!!  For those of you who can, we’ll see you there.  Otherwise, we will see you in the new year.  God bless!

Just an FYI

Hello everyone! Just wanted to post a quick blog to let you know we will not be at Wholly Ground in the months of November and December because of the holidays. We look forward to seeing our coffe shop groupies in the new year!

Loving Community Impact!!

So, when we were doing this music ‘thing’ before, we spent a WHOLE lot of time putting together community service projects and then organizing volunteers to go with us for those projects. Even though right now what we are primarily focusing on is music, we very much still have a passion for serving the community. We are so very thankful to be in a church that has the same heart and vision for that as we have. Community Impact is what they are calling our church’s organized approach to reaching out to those who need help in our communities and we are just so thrilled to be a part. This Saturday (October 10) we will be going out as a church into all kinds of different areas and sights to help others and we can’t wait! If you are reading this and are a part of our church, we look forward to seeing you there. If you are not a part of our church, think about reaching out in your own way…you won’t regret helping someone out who needs it.

New Stuff/ Old Friends

So, again we were at Wholly Ground…and yet again it was fun!! We had some new stuff and we think it went over pretty well. Those of you who were there, we would love your feedback on what you thought of the new stuff. Also, we are always looking for material. If you have a favorite you think we might could pull off, let us know…
We also had some “old” friends there last night- people we haven’t seen in years (you know who you are)…just wanted to say thanks so much for coming out. It was good to see you…

Peggy’s

So we went to Peggy’s on March 6th….WOW! We had such a blast! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and to have fun with us. We were able to really increase our repertoire…thanks for challenging us!! Can’t wait to do it again! oh, and the pork loin was fantastic!

T-shirt night at Wholly Ground

Last night was our monthly gig at Wholly Ground, and yet again we had a blast! Thank you Bill and Angie for having us!
So, in the process of getting this music up and going again, we decided to get some t-shirts made. We love t-shirts and it helps to have something for those who would like to take something home with them from a concert. Thank you to all of you for coming out and supporting us and for taking home a shirt. Lake Moultrie Nursing Home…

So, we had fun as usual at the nursing home. That might seem strange to you, but if you went with us you would understand. Let me encourage you to go with us the next time we go (May 11th). We got to crown the king and queen of Valentine’s Day and then give out valentine cards. Kristi sang “At Last” by Etta James to the king and queen, which was a big hit! And as always, we felt the presence of God with us. When you’ve done to the least of these, you’ve done it to Him…AND had SOOO much fun doing it!
